Before processing, fabric is normally connected into continuous rope. During operation, fabric passes through jet nozzle and long guide tube before returning to fabric storage chamber.
Jet nozzle provides driving force for fabric movement while circulating dye liquor continuously exchanges with fabric. Repeated circulation supports consistent contact between fabric and process liquor throughout bleaching, dyeing, washing or scouring stages.
Actual running speed, liquor flow and process settings should be adjusted according to fabric material, GSM, width, loading quantity and dyeing process.
Stable rope movement is important when processing woven fabric. TY-JL631 uses long running path to guide fabric after nozzle and help maintain continuous circulation inside machine.
