Pay more attention to exporting yarn dyeing machine before shipment

PAY MORE ATTENTION TO EXPORTING DYEING AND FINISHING MACHINE

After 18 years exporting yarn dyeing machine and fabric dyeing machine, we need pay more attention to the exporting machinery.

According customers feedback(especially during COVID-19 period): though we already do the mark at the joint, still not enough.

After team of Shin Tong Yunn discussion, the solution as bellow, ensure combine and run machine more convinient:

1. If the quantity of same machine export more than 1 set, the joint mark use different color;
2. Mark every pipe with which funtion and take pictures;
3. Elactrical cabinet connect with mechanical part, testing all action at least 3 times before shipment;
4. When testing machine, taking videos for cilents;
5. Before dyeing machine is dismantled, take compelet photos
6. Hank yarn dyeing machine, cone yarn dyeing machine and fabric dyeing machine with more small spare parts, loading container team must check list carefully.
