TYEC series lab dyeing machine combins with advantages of previous generation infrared and traditional glycerol color testing machine, using new patented heat conduction medium.  Solving the problem:  the temperature in breaker will be different from display temperature. User can control temperature accurately. And one machine with multi-usage: user can do constant temperature dyeing and temperature rise dyeing.

PRODUCT FEATURE

  • Independent research and development of the controller system, it is equipped with unique accurate temperature control function. Completely solve the color difference in different dye liquor.
  • New  heat  conduction  turnplate  design  and  export  manufacture  process,  it  is  passed   the  European  safety certification(CE).
  • Using the latest electric heating system, the service life will be longer 5-6 times than normal infrared lamps, and the service life will longer 2-3 times than normal electric heating system.
  • Real energy conservation and environmental protection, the average power consumption is only 0.8KW/H.
  • Adopting frequency conversation control, automatically reversing device and user can adjust the rotating speed of turnplate. Cooperating with big order process in scene more better. The liquid in cup are rolled back, make dyeing is more homogeneous.
