PRODUCT FEATURE

  • Package yarn dewatering machine: speed is 1530 RPM, moisture content of pure cotton after dehydration is about 40%, which improves the production efficiency and saves cost of next drying process. 
  • Consistent moisture content after dehydration ensure the uniform moisture recovery rate of yarn after drying. 
  • Cone yarn is supported by the chrysanthemum inner cylinder, which will not damage the yarn and dyeing bobbin when dewatering. The PLC automatic control system can work cycle after startup automatically. 
  • Unique balance shock absorber design and balance protection device ensure run smoothly and safe operation.
