PRODUCT FEATURE

TY-UI series high pressure fabric dyeing machine is specially designed for low tension fabrics such as elastic fibers and jacquard fabrics. It is suitable for dyeing, pre-treatment & post-treatment processing of natural fibers, synthetic fibers, pure and blended knitted fabrics or woven fabrics.

STANDARD STRUCTURE

• Main body and parts contacted with dyeing liquid are made of SUS316L.
• Nozzel is using front and back combined nozzles.
• Guide tubes is "U" type.
• Built-in type lifting fabric wheel.
• Structure of narrow cloth groove and double mercy, it is suitable for the fabric requiring low tension operation.
• Dyestuff tank: mixing, feeding, heating, drain, backflow.
