• DF241A 20KG cone yarn dyeing machine is suitable for dyeing a variety of fibers, including but not limited to polyester, cotton, acrylic, wool, and other natural and synthetic fiber yarn in cone form.
• High pressure cone dyeing machine can be equipped with different carriers according to user needs, such as for hank yarn, cone yarn balls, loose fiber, zipper, etc., to cater to various dyeing, scouring, bleaching and cleaning processes.
• It is equipped with efficient heating and cooling systems, such as spiral coils for indirect steam heating and cold water cooling, enabling precise control of working temperature and pressure.
• Dyeing programs and process parameter can be preset, allowing for automatic monitoring.
• The circulation pump often employ frequency conversion control, enabling adjustment of frequency as needed to control the internal and external pressure difference of yarn, thus achieving more uniform dyeing effect.
