PRODUCT FEATURE

DF241 high pressure package yarn dyeing machine can be used for dyeing polyester yarn, polyester blended yarn, cotton, hemp, acylic, wool and so on.

High temperature cone dyeing machine is equipped with new developed internal heating exchanger, reduce the liquor ratio significantly; matched centrifugal pump and 180° plate type reserving arrangement, without external circulated pipe, saving the space about 20%.   

Unique stable reliable reserving arrangement can ensure the main pump without standstill when the liquid flow is changing. So it can add the liquid circulated times. 

Cone yarn dyeing machine with advanced controller, it can be connected with the central controlled system.

Liquor ratio(1:6-7): save dyestuff, dyeing auxiliary, steam, water and lower discharge capacity.
