STANDARD STRUCTURE

  • All liquor-carring main parts are used stainless steel 316L.
  • Max working pressure: 0.44 Mpa
  • Max. working temperature: 140℃
  • Heating rate: 20-130℃ around 30mins (saturated vapor pressure 0.7Mpa)
  • Cooling rate: 130-80℃ around 20mins (cooling water pressure 0.3Mpa)
  • The Dia. of spindle is 48mm
  • Outer Dia. of bobbin is 165mm, height of bobbin is 160mm, max. weight can be calculate as 1KG per bobbin yarn.
  • Complete one set cone yarn carrier.
  • 180° plate type reversiing direction reverser.
  • Dyestuff tank: mixing, heating, drain, adding dystuff.
  • Stainless steel electrical cabinet with PLC and advanced computer.
